My stepson has football practice here. It's a super nice park, but parking is limited. If coming here for a sporting event, make sure to look for alternative parking.

It’s embarrassing they are replacing the playground equipment here again as many other needy parks and cities would kill for what was there previously. We are spoiled in naperville.

Fields are very nice for soccer but the back netting kept flying into me. Was kinda hard to find the exact fields but on top of all that the fields for soccer are really good.

The beautiful spring flowers of blooming trillium and bluebells is magical, dirt trails along the river make you feel like you are on vacation far away, paved trails for bike riding are top notch and the redone picnic shelter with original fireplace from the Scott homestead is a wonderful touch. This is a beautiful large natural park offering g something for everyone. There is also a lovely frisbee golf course nestled in the woods. We were rewarded with two bald eagles fishing/resting in the trees along the river on the day we visited. Great for walking, biking, picnicking.
